System Design
After working with and for many firms in the industry and speaking with hundreds of clients Classified Concepts has determined that the number one point of failure in most upscale systems is poor or improper planning. To that end we have dedicated the bulk of our energies to studying the ins and out of what goes into making a truly bulletproof system. All of the best equipment in the world will not live up to client expectations if the system as a whole is not engineered properly. All too often people are sold a list of equipment from big name companies and no one takes the time to really plan how all the parts and pieces will work together.
Our design services are unmatched by anyone else in the industry. We do the technical leg work up front to be able to supply fully designed and engineered plan sets that our clients can take and have any company they want bid on the project. Every amp, processor, speaker and wire will be called out and cross referenced so there is no guess work when the final installation occurs. Yes of course we can recommend and provide many products but everyone has there own favorite logo they like to see on the front of their products and we can't sell everything. Programming
Classified Concepts currently providers programming services for both Crestron, Rti and Universal Remote. Our Programmers are equipped to provide the highest level of service to both new and existing systems. As with our design services when we are done we tun over our original programming to our clients not a compiled file that is useless. We don't do this because our clients love us and we don't have to force them into doing business with us.
Service and Support
We take a different approach to service then most companies. As we do not focus solely on selling equipment and view overall system performance as paramount to completing a project. We not only service systems that we design and sell but also help clients who need ongoing service that have existing systems of any vintage. Our support services include troubleshooting of existing problems, programming and system upgrades as needed or requested.
Calibration
Calibration is important for systems new and old alike. Often people ask "will my system look and sound better with calibration?". The simple answer is your audio visual experience will be delivered in the most accurate portrayal possible. Since we know that continual improvement and maximum enjoyment is important to our clients we of course can make recommendations on ways to improve your system both large and small.
